Creativity and innovation are becoming increasingly important for organizational effectiveness. In a dynamic global change, organizational survival depends on adapting to new competitions, changing customer preferences, new technology, new business model, etc.
Creativity and innovation represent crucial means by which organizations can respond to change and can proactively shape their business model and environments.
However, many organizations are facing difficulties in how to create innovative behavior's climate in the work place.
This challenge will be addresed by first understanding the process of innovative behavior, that consists of 2 steps ( Zaltman et al1973; Axtell et al, 2000). They are:
1- idea generation - produce creative ideas
2. idea implementation - implementation of those ideas
