Prof Peter Senge, who inspired my thinking about learning organization, system thinking and managing change at work...has been my idol and favorite guru for almost 20 years...So you can imagine how grateful i was when i had an opportunity to be in his classes in MIT Sloan and talked to him in person twice this year!!.
Psstt.... i have a secret only for you...that he will be coming to Jakarta in January 2009. What? Am I going to meet him? Of Course!! Insya Allah. Yipeeeeeeee..
