Raisy: Kl gw g pernah NYURUH tp MINTA TOLONG. Contoh: mba, tlng ambilin mnm dong. Jgn lupa blng TRIMA KSH. Mrk pasti mrasa d hargai n betah. Itu gw loh. N jgn lupa mrk jg korban kjahilan gw.. Hehe
Danari: Ajak bicara tidak hanya kalo mau nyuruh mengerjakan sesuatu tetapi juga tentang hal-hal lain mis. kel mrk. Puji kalo kerjanya bagus, tegur kalo salah dan beri tahu secara jelas apa yang kita harapkan dari mereka, sehingga mereka hanya menebak-nebak taunya salah dan kita marah2. Berbagi makanan, oleh2 in kalo kita abis dari luar kota. Tapi kadang2 jodoh2 an juga sih..tapi paling tidak kita berusaha.
Tami: well...maid and chouffer are the luxurious service I could never have, here in the state... so based on my limited experience, we need to trait our employee fairly and justly by doing what we can do ourselves... i.e., getting and making our own drink (it's easy enough, right?) giving them vacation and break they derserve (no more working after 40 hours per week), and off course treat them as a relative who help us..
